Session Schedule & Calendar
This course runs across the academic year with a clear timetable so you can plan lessons and homework hours in advance.
Tutoring sessions begin in October and continue consistently until the final examination. Our biweekly schedule is tailored to your child's specific class allocation, which is confirmed in September following registration. Should the GCSE Mathematics exam fall after the Level 2 Certificate, sessions remain open providing a dedicated space for students to resolve any final sticking points.
We recognise that family life is often unpredictable. While academic consistency is key, any missed sessions must be made up by watching the recorded lesson to ensure no gaps in knowledge and no refund will be given. Regular homework completion remains an essential expectation to maintain momentum. Please note that sessions do not run during standard school holidays, allowing students time to refresh before their next block of learning.
We assign homework during the first lesson of each week, with a submission deadline of Sunday. Once marked, work is returned to students by Friday ahead of our Sunday morning 'On The House' session. This ensures students have full worked solutions in hand and plenty of time to bring any questions to our live Q&A session.
